You already have a post graduate degree, so you would be eligible for admission to either an MPhil or a PhD programme, depending upon the norms and criteria of admission to the concerned university. You can either contact the university you wish to target. Normally,a minimum percentage of 55% in post graduation is required for admission to PhD programmes. Having the UGC NET (www.ugc.ac.in) score would enable you to apply for PhD with a Junior Research Fellowship. Most universities would otherwise require you to clear an entrance test.

M S Computer Engineering (Distance Education Mode) through Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University , Noida (www.jiit.ac.in) could be an option. Examples are indicative. It would be advisable to check with the local engineering colleges or the university for the option of part-time MTech. However, you may track admission notifications of distance education providers to explore options.

There are many pvt institues that provide training on System Engineering and Networing in India. Please explore Institutes near you that offer such courses. The indepth training rather than recognition of Institute is more relevant as most of the job as a system or networking engineer are in Private Sector.

Many universities offer BCA. You have to track admission notifications for the details you desire. Ideally, find out about the local universities or the universities in your state about BCA programmes and find out the schedule and process of admission so that you can apply on time. IGNOU (www.ignou.ac.in) and other distance education providers also provide BCA through distance education, but unless you are working, it would be better for you to pursue a full time BCA programme. Among the prominent universities which admit students in to the BCA programme through a national level entrance test are Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (www.ipu.ac.in) and Symbiosis International University (www.set-test.org). Normally the eligible qualification for pursuing MSC Math is BSC with Maths as one of the subjects. Since you are in the 4th Semester of BCA, You may even think of pursuing BSC (Maths) through distance education through IGNOU. For more details, access www.ignou.ac.in.

There is nothing designated as such. However, ‘B’ level is usually considered the equivalent of MCA and ‘C’ level that of M Tech. It would be advisable to check www.doeacc.edu.in for clarification

If you wish to opt for distance Education MCA course, you may opt for IGNOU course or you may contact DOEACC for B level courses that are recognized as equivalent to MCA. New private recognised universities such as Sikkim Manipal University, Punjab Technoical University etc. may also be considered since these universities have the facility of study centers in the major towns. However, MCA from IGNOU could be the preferred option.
