I have completed my engineering degree in Information Technology. in 2003.I got married and i am idle as of today. Please advice me how to start my career now.

You have already exhausted a valuable period of your career. However, better late than never. Try for some suitable openings in the IT field by aggressively applying / uploading your resume with job portals and consultants. Simultaneously, also consider some option for online certification courses such as CCNA/MCSE etc.

am this time in a plo.se(H) 1st year but i want ti do masscomunication and animation so give me a suggestion what field is a better for me

Both the fields have their own merits and demerits. Choice entirely depends on your aptitude and interests. In case you flair for creative writing and have a good command over the language, mass communication may be a batter choice. In case, your interests in Mathematics is stronger and you are better adopted as per logical analysis etc. is concerned, Animation may be a better field.

I am working in Indian Army as a Computer Instructor and as a good computer knowledge experience since last 15 years. Now i would like to serve in civil administration in IT field ?

Presently, the intake in most of Govt. organizations in the IT field is either as Data Entry Operator or as IT software professions through NIC. Many of IT related operations are being either outsourced or managed by National Informatics Limited (NIC) (www.nic.in). You should contact NIC as well as the post retirement cell within the Army HQ for placement related assistance for finding out opportunities as per your qualification, experience and attitude.

I am a B.E. graduate in Comp.Sc. passed in 2007,I would like to know about research in the field of Artificial Intelligence or any other stream related to Intenet & Computer Science , which courses i would be required to do??? & what are the institutes for this??? what job options i would have if i engaged myself in research. Do govt. organizations employ reserachers ???

AI (pronounced AYE-EYE) or artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. These processes include learning (the acquisition of information and rules for using the information), reasoning, and self-correction. AI is one of the subjects in most of the B.Tech/BE courses and institutions such as CDAC and DRDO are actively involved in advanced research in AI. Presently, we are yet to come across a specialized course exclusively on AI.
