Read up on bakery and baking products and baking processes, etc related to your field of education from the internet, and professional journals, etc. It would be helpful to talk to a food technologist working in a bakery or related business.(08.12.2008)

Generallay Interviewers focus on your introduction, why do you think you deserve the job ,why do you wish to work here ,what are the skills, strengths and weaknesses you bring to the job and your employability skills in addition to desirable attributes which are job specific .For this position the desirable attributes are : Fluency will be important in Hindi , Knowledge of Sanskrit or a modem Indian Language, Administrative experience, Experience of Organizing Hindi classes or workshops for Noting and drafting, Knowledge of Computer Application Please also check the website at

I have done B.Tech in Electronics Engg. & I have been selected in NTPC Written Exam , I don't know what all is asked in the interview so I request you to please give me some information & suggestion about what all is asked in the interview : 1) What type of topics are generally there in Group discussion ? 2) What all is there in Psychometric test? 2) Interview is technical or HR based? 3) Any other important thing that must be taken care of during interview?...... An interview for a job is usually to evaluate your personality, so questions are asked about yourself, your goals, your interests, and reasons for considering the job/ professional etc and there could be questions on your professional background and awareness of the organization and its activities.. Topics for Group Discussion may be current but may also be in the form of case studies or role play. Psychometric Tests are measures of the mental skills, aptitudes and personality traits of people. You should be on time, be formally dressed and well groomed.
