Science-IPR/Patents

I also interested to do the course of Intellectual Property Management. Could you please suggest me that, which universities are offering this IPM courses in India. And what are the other qualifications needed to become a patent agent. Thank you very much for your cooperation?...... (RAM)

There are institutions offering LLB with specialization in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) or Post Graduate Diploma courses in IPR but you are not likely to find Intellectual Property Management courses. Candidates having a science/ engineering or technology degree of a recognized university, above 21 years of age are eligible to appear for the Patent Agent Examination conducted by the Patent Office, Govt of India (www.ipindia.nic.in); after qualifying they would become patent agents
