i have done MSW and i want to pursue my career in child counselling, please tell me from where i do this course correspondencely

You could look for openings in child counselling centres or with universities, NGOs, schools, etc for child counselling work. You have to learn by doing and by going through feedback from those experienced in the field. The one-year Regular Advanced Diploma Course in Child Guidance and Counselling at National Institute of Public Cooperation & Child Development, New Delhi (http://nipccd.nic.in) requires four years work experience with children. Indicative example.(08.12.2008)

I am Ashwini kumar pani , have passed M.S.W(Master in social work). I want to make my career in N.G.O sector. Please suggest me what shall I DO? for my better future .

You should directly approach NGOs for jobs. If you are able to get onto good projects and enjoy the work, continue with it. If you want to teach, or do research, you could do so, but then a PhD would be a good idea.
