Applications are invited for three posts of SRF, one for DRDO research project namely  ‘To Develop and Characterize Iron-Phosphorous based alloys by Powder Forging’. And one each for DST projects viz ‘ Development of friction pads for brake disk employed in modern heavy duty automobiles/commercial fighter aircrafts’ and ‘Development of friction material for break  pads/shoes used in light, medium and heavy duty automobiles’ Qualification: as prescribed by DRDO/DST and preferably M.E. or M.Tech or equivalent degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical /Industrial /Production/Materials Engineering. GATE/NET qualified M.Sc (Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Sc.) candidate may also apply. Age limit and Fellowship amount (minimum Rs14000/-pm) will follow the prescribed norms of DRDO/DST. Selected candidates may register for Ph.D if found fit. Separate applications must be submitted for each post within15 days from the date of this advertisement.
