Swachhta Pakhwada Update
Swachhta Pakhwada by Ministry of Minority Affairs

A team of 30 officials and staff of the Ministry of Minority Affairs conducted Cleanliness Drive at Hanuman Mandir at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, New Delhi on 21st December 2016 under the Swachhta Pakhwada being observed in the Ministry. The team reached at Mandir premises early in the morning at 7.45 AM and in about two hours completely cleaned the Mandir premises removing all the dust and other rubbish. A team from New Delhi Municipal Council has also rendered necessary help in this endeavour.

*A team of 28 officials and staff of the Ministry of Minority Affairs conducted Cleanliness Drive at Lakshmi Narayan Mandir (Birla Mandir), Mandir Marg, New Delhi on 20th December 2016 under the Swachhta Pakhwada being observed in the Ministry. The team reached at mandir premises early in the morning at 7:45 AM and in about two hours completely cleaned the Mandir premises removing all the dust and other rubbish. A team from New Delhi Municipal Council also rendered necessary help.

A group of four official and staff of the Ministry of Minority Affairs visited the office for Commissioner of Linguistic Minorities on 29th December 2016 to assess the cleanliness drive accomplished in it under the Swachtta Pakhwada. The group interacted with Shri Sanjay Arora, Assistant Commissioner for Linguistic Minorities and took a round of all the rooms of the office. All rooms were found very neat and tidy.
